At Nose 2 Tail Pet Care - urban lifestyle for pets we offer a full dog grooming service. Whether you require a body clip, a tidy up, a brush out or a hydrobath we can assist. Your dog will only need to stay in our salon for the time it takes us to clip them, no more leaving your dog at the salon all day! Price is dependant on size and condition of your pet which may affect the time it will take to complete.

zanda We are strongly opposed to animal cruelty, therefore we do not de-matt in cases where the knots in the coat are so bad that it would cause pain and suffering, possible risk of injury or undue distress to the dog. Please be aware that dogs presented with knotting or very dirty coats may incur a surcharge on our normal prices.

A Brush out is suitable for dogs with:

a thicker coat,
an undercoat
or who shed regularly.

This service does not include any clipping. We will;

fully groom your dog using tools that remove all dead and loose fur
hydrobath to clean your dog and remove any extra hair
blow dry
then finish with a deodorizer spray.

We suggest that double coated dogs should retain their coats and have the brush out service as an alternative to clipping.

It is extremely important that all knots are removed before a dog is bathed as any knots will become tighter and may require clipping to be removed. It is imperative to maintain your dogs grooming as a knotted dog may require a shorter than expected clip as it is dangerous to try and cut knots out with scissors.
